There are currently a couple bugs with the app that we are working to resolve.

If audio and video go out of sync, odds are you have been watching several episodes in a row. There is a slow memory leak which will eventually affect the streaming of shows this way.

When it happens, the best way to remedy the problem is to exit the app, power cycle the PS3, and then restart the app after that.

Another issue is the app crashing. This generally happens in one of two contexts. The first being when a show in your queue has cached a bad image file.

If this is happening to you, please do the following:

1. Launch the app.
2. Go to your Queue.
3. Remove the offending show from your Queue.
4. Exit the app.
5. Relaunch the app.
6. Navigate to the show through the 'Anime' or 'Drama' section.
7. Let me know if it still crashes when maneuvering through episodes.

The reason why this crash happens is that the app caches a bad image file. By removing the show from your queue and then exiting the app and re-entering will wipe the file and you will then be able to maneuver through episodes again.

Another reason that the app crashes is because you may not have the 'Show Mature Content' flag enabled on your device.

Step one
Go here and make sure you have a birth date set.

Step two
Go here and make sure you have 'Show Mature Content' enabled.

If you are getting the following error:

"To access this content, you must activate this system.
Sign in with the account that was used to purchase this content, select [System Activation] under [Playstation Network] > [Account Management], and then activate this system."

Please do the following:
  • Go to the "Playsation Network" on your PS3
  • Select "Account Management"
  • Select "System Activation"
  • Select "PS3 System"
  • Select "Video"
  • Select "Deactivate System"
  • Select "PS3 System"
  • Select "Video"
  • Select "Activate System"
