Some PS4 Issues

I noticed a little issue.
A lot of video fail to load in HD directly. I don’t know if im alone in this case...
But i just need to press L2 to restart the video and it switches in HD, or wait 30/40 sec ... then it’s ok till the end.
Never Get this kind of issue before 1.31.

But the main issue from 1.31 is fixed !

Anyone know if this is happening on the PS3 too? Because it's getting ridiculous, and I can just start using that after updating everything if so.

I just watched a few episodes in a row and didn't have any quality drops where I had to skip back to get it to reload at higher res.

I checked for about 10 episodes, for me it’s start at low res.
Just pressing ( even at 0:01): left, right, l2 or r2 switch the content to HD.

No problem on others devices ... im not able to figure out what is the problem

Latest update seems to have done the trick. No more pixelating or timestamp issues so far

Thanks, I didn't report this as others have already had tickets open but have raised a different (unrelated) problem. Hopefully it will get through to the relevant people...

As a recent update had broken it, I believe it was expected to be fixed sooner rather than later. A different story would be if something suddenly "broke itself" within the PS4 app by some changes done outside the PS4 app.

I can't imagine the PS4 is their number one concern... I'm sure there are way more users of other devices. I can also imagine they have to weed through quite a lot of complaints via email... And to thoroughly try and eleviate the issues of the masses (including user side issues)... They (tech support staff) may not even have opportunities to view the forums or what not. Probably not a high priority compared to the emails. They may have never realized it was an issue til a few of us used the proper contact form. You'd think at least one person would be assigned to the forums though... If you're going to have a help section on forums.

I would look at this forums if I was a Crunchyroll dev though, even if I wasn't assigned to them.
