Had CR last year, unsubbed because of this, then resubbed again last month. The issue is still here... I don't intend on sitting in front of my computer to watch anime when I have a tv that I bought for just that. I only pay for CR because I want to support the artists. If this continues I'll just skip the middle man and move on with my life

Same problem here. PS4 app only, and so far seems to only be Bleach. Some episodes, not all.

Contacted CR support and they told me they'd "push new encodes" out in 24-48 hours but that hasn't happened yet.

I've been using CR for years and don't intend on cancelling any time soon. I'm also rewatching Bleach so it isn't as big a deal. But still, it sucks all the same.

I'm a Premium member and am also receiving the "Unable to access online features" error message on my PS4. The message is only appearing for Junjo Romantica. any ideas on how to fix? Thanks!

In the app settings, set the subtitle language to English US (not UK). Also possibly set it here, too: /acct/?action=video


Omg thanks. I decided to reward original naruto series and got this error on ps3 (I prefer using a remote instead of controller) I changed language from "default" to English US and now It works How stupid that is.. Thanks, was going to start a new thread but found this in Google search

can i just add how pathetic the error message is compared to the issue.
I've always been against the automatic blaming of the CUSTOMERS network.
i don't raise a trouble ticket as last time the response had nothing to do with anything!

This is ridiculous.Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, changed settings and logged in and out. Why has such a serious issue been going on for so long? Your going to lose a ton of customers

I’m also a premium member getting the unable to access online features error on the PS4 but only for a couple of titles including Re Xero. This is extraordinarily frustrating. Is this problem EVER going to get fixed?

I don't have a PS4, but Re:Zero is one of the shows which recently have had multiple foreign language dubs added as new/separate "seasons" on the show page. On the web, you would have to select the correct "season", which would be the one without any dub note in the title of the series. So, for instance, if the PS4 is looking to try to play Russian, Portuguese or Spanish dubs, but your PS4 preferred language is not set to that language, then you would get that error...

So, failing all else, go on the web, make sure the show has been added to your queue, and play the first minute or so of the first episode of the "season" with no dubs after it. Then on the PS4, play the series from your queue, however that works.

My first day of premium user is Saturday evening. I saw CR ad about anime that they are streaming now but i cant watch it because of this issue on PS4. I hope i can watch it tomorrow. LoL

Kimi ni Todoke doesn't work for me, although it does work on my macbook...
